Airborne Surveillance and Intelligence System (ASIS).

The ASIS system consists of the SupSILA 750 Model AM light airplane which carries a Day/Night camera which is remotely operated from a mobile or stationary ground station positioned at a distance of up to 150Km. The airplane is capable of taking off and landing in remote areas using unpaved runways. The payload can also be operated by the air crew on board in case there is no communication with the ground station (no line of sight with the ground station).

Search and location of enemy forces—The airplane is sent to search and locate enemy forces in a specific area using its long-range Day/Night camera.

Track of enemy movement. – Once the enemy is located the airplane will continue the mission by tracking the enemy and locating its base or intentions
Location and tracking of terrorist nests and camps – same as the case of enemy forces

Battlefield situation awareness –Commanders can monitor and evaluate the battlefield situation in real time to issue command decisions

Territory and installation security – surveillance of territory and installations of high importance against sabotage or theft

Guidance of attack forces and battle field control
Involving high command in tactical decisions – Once the bases of the enemy or terrorist camps are located the high command can send attack forces and coordinate the attack in real time from the remote station
